Melissa Stoos

Melissa Stoos, a cornerstone of Sullivan Financial Group since 1999, serving as both Office Manager and Project Manager. Known as the go-to person when something needs to get done quickly and efficiently, Melissa manages day-to-day operations and leads the renovation of the firm’s upcoming new home—a historic building in downtown Helena, Montana.

A fourth-generation Montanan, Melissa was raised on a family farm established by her great-grandmother. Her strong work ethic and values are rooted in that upbringing. Outside of the office, she has served as District 4 Director of Soroptimist International and as a board member of YWCA Helena, supporting transitional housing for women in need.

In her downtime, Melissa enjoys golfing and spending time on Montana’s lakes and rivers with her partner Tim. She’s the proud mother of two grown daughters and grandmother to two grandchildren.
