Melissa brought the pragmatic skills of a farm and home construction background to her work as the office manager for Sullivan Financial Group in 1999. She grew up on a north central Montana farm founded four generations ago by her great-grandmother. In town, she found a home for her skills in the housing construction business. She applies the same management skills to her work with Sullivan Financial Group, where she monitors compliance issues by maintaining client records, managing client scheduling, fulfilling underwriting requirements for life insurance clients, managing all business transactions and maintaining SFG's client database.
Melissa is the mother of two grown daughters. She finds time to help improve the lives of women and girls worldwide as a past president of the Helena chapter of Soroptimist International, as well as a past district director on the Northwestern Region Board. Melissa is also a past board member of the local YWCA that assists women with transitional housing.
